Robert Lin
President and Chief Executive Officer

Robert holds overall responsibility for the company's strategy and key business initiatives. With more than 20 years of industry experience, he has a unique background in trade, finance, supply chain and technology as a practitioner and as a service provider. Prior to Seabury TFX, he was managing director of TradeCard Inc., now GTNexus, where he built and oversaw the company's global supplier business to a network of over 20,000 companies. Before TradeCard, Lin held management positions at NewView Technologies, Omnivision Technologies, and Cargill Financial Markets Group. He holds a B.A. in cognitive science from University of California, San Diego and an M.B.A. from University of Southern California. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and events on supply chain and trade finance.

Bos Smith
Senior Vice President

Bos Smith is a Senior Vice President at Seabury specializing in trade finance and asset-backed lending

From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Smith worked at The Receivables Exchange, where he was a Managing Director and founding member of the Corporate Receivables Program (CRP). The CRP offered large corporations a platform upon which baskets of accounts receivable could be auctioned to a network of institutional investors. Mr. Smith held critical responsibilities in the development of the CPR legal documents, financial models, sales strategy and partnership with the New York Stock Exchange. He also oversaw important client relationships in the program¹s growth to over $3 billion of funded volume.

Prior to joining The Receivables Exchange, Mr. Smith worked on various capital market desks at Goldman Sachs. First, on the Investment Grade Lending desk, he financed commercial paper backstop facilities with funds raised in the securitization markets. Later, Mr. Smith moved to the Longevity Markets desk and began lending against insurance policies ¬ also with the intention of securitizing the resulting positions. Mr. Smith began his career as a C.P.A. with Ernst & Young where he audited financial statements and provided tax advice on mergers and acquisitions for large public companies.

Mr. Smith holds degrees from American University (B.S.) and Wake Forest University School of Law (J.D.).

Ken Lee
Director of Technology

Ken has spent over 18 years developing and integrating enterprise applications for companies in the financial payments space. He brings extensive knowledge in transaction processing technologies. Prior to Seabury TFX, Ken was development team lead at Mpayme, a mobile payments platform, where he pioneered e-commerce integration solutions. Prior to this, he has held lead development roles at HSBC, and TradeCard Inc., now GTNexus. Lee holds a B.S. in computer science from State University of New York at Stonybrook.

John Luth
Chairman

John is chairman of the board, founding partner, and chief executive officer of Seabury Group. He leads major aviation and aerospace advisory assignments, and has advised on over over $110 billion of aircraft orders (at list prices) and in excess of $30 billion of capital transactions, including approximately $4 billion of new equity issuance. He graduated magna cum laude with an A.B. in economics from the College of the Holy Cross (1974) and received an M.B.A. from the Wharton Graduate School of the University of Pennsylvania (1976). He serves on several boards of companies in which Seabury Capital LLC holds an equity interest. Mr. Luth is a FINRA Registered Principal, and is Series 7, 63, 79 and 24 qualified.

Margaret Chan
Vice Chairman

Margaret is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the firm's structured financial product and specialty finance. She has more than 20 years of experience in diverse public and private transactions. As a managing director of Merrill Lynch, and co-founder of Cargill/O'Brien Partners, she structured a wide range of transactions involving innovative financing strategies. Chan is engaged by multinationals and private equity funds in sourcing investment opportunities and structuring transactions both in US and in Asia. Her practice represents industries across a broad range, including technology, insurance, and financial services. Her ability to dissect risks and her knowledge of capital markets allow her to originate, acquire assets, structure and execute securitizations of various asset classes. She received her B.A. magna cum laude from University of California Los Angeles and attended medical school, University of California San Francisco. She is a FINRA and NFA registered principal and is Series 7, 3, 63, 34 and 24 qualified.

John R. Kuehne
Chief Financial Officer

John serves as CFO to the Seabury Group. His analytical background provides meaningful financial metrics that identify the key leverage points necessary to improve the time and precision of the business decision making process. He has extensive expertise in understanding corporate labor costs and business structures, which in conjunction with flexible financial models, enable the ability to transform data into information used to evaluate the impact of proposed strategic and operational changes of an enterprise. He began his career as supervising senior accountant of audit at KPMG Peat Marwick with a focus on manufacturing, mortgage banking, and the financial services industries. Kuehne is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants and holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Minnesota.

Hui Wang
Director of China business development

Hui has spent more than 10 years structuring credit insurance supported supply chain finance, trade finance, project finance and export finance. Mr. Wang has extensive knowledge of and experience in doing business in China and globally. He has a track record of consolidating credit insurance capacities and capabilities from international insurance markets to meet various financing structures. Prior to Seabury TFX, Mr. Wang was managing director of capital risks at JLT China. He previously held director positions at Aon China and Smythe Trade Credit LLC in US and China. Wang holds a bachelor degree in Economics from Peking University and a MBA from Fordham University
